ShaVon Savage is an educator that continually invests in students, their families, and our communities. She founded Mosaic to reinvest in education, focusing specifically on supporting school leaders and their teams in an often ignored area of school management: operations.
With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, ShaVon has served as a teacher, school improvement coordinator, principal, deputy chief, deputy superintendent, and school law attorney during her career. She has worked in urban, suburban, charter and university partnership schools, and has extensive experience supporting schools and their leadership teams.
ShaVon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Penn State Abington, a M.S.Ed. in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, a Politics Certificate from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and earned her principal certification and Letter of Eligibility for Superintendency through coursework completed at Saint Joseph’s University School of Education and Human Development.
